1 Introduction & Acceptance

75bet (referred to as "we", "our platform", or "the Company") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 75bet and its users ("Member", "Player", or "you").

Through the 75bet platform, you can enjoy Sports Betting, Live Casino, fish games, slots, and a range of other gaming services. To access these services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
• You must confirm that you do not suffer from a gambling addiction.

75bet reserves the right to reject any registration application at its discretion. If a person does not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, their account will be closed immediately and their balance may be forfeited.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on 75bet, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. If any details provided during registration are found to be false or incomplete, 75bet reserves the right to close the account and withhold any pending payments.

Registration Rules

• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device are not permitted.
• You must provide your real name, phone number, and date of birth when registering.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Sharing your account login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Process

75bet may verify your identity (Know Your Customer — KYC) for withdrawals above a certain amount or for security purposes. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Recent utility bill (for address verification)

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until KYC is completed. 75bet may request additional information at any time for security purposes.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

There are specific rules governing deposits and withdrawals on 75bet. Failure to follow these rules may result in your transaction being cancelled or your account being suspended.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be refunded.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within 30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000. A different limit applies for VIP members.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

75bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. To take advantage of these offers, please ensure you meet the general terms outlined below.

General Bonus Rules

• Every bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, which is typically 5–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time and must be used within the specified period — typically 7–30 days from the date of issue.
• 75bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts or VPN usage will result in account termination.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration and the minimum deposit amount is BDT 1,000. The welcome bonus wagering requirement is typically 15x.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

Regular members are eligible for weekly reload bonuses and monthly cashback bonuses. Full details for each bonus can be found on the promotions page. Cashback bonuses generally have no wagering requirement.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on 75bet are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. Every game result is entirely random and unbiased.

Betting Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby.
• Sports Betting allows you to place bets before an event begins or while it is live.
• A maximum payout cap applies per event; winnings beyond this limit will only be paid up to the set maximum.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

Live Casino

Live Casino games are hosted in real time by professional dealers. 75bet is not liable for disconnections during live play; however, if a game is left incomplete, a refund of the bet amount will be attempted.

Fish Game

Bullet values in 75bet's popular fish games are fixed. If a game session is interrupted due to a power outage or internet connectivity issue, the bet for that round will be considered void.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bet platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance, without prior warning.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games is not permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to exploit bonus offers is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for any form of illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking: Attempting to hack the system, manipulating games, or stealing another member's information is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Payments: Using another person's payment account for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive Behavior: Abusive language or behavior toward other players or staff is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

75bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions are detected.
• If your account security is compromised.

Self-Account Closure

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a request via live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, however any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

As part of its responsible gaming commitment, 75bet offers a self-exclusion option. Choosing this will block access to the platform for a set period or permanently. Any attempt to create a new account during a self-exclusion period will also be blocked.
